For health and safety reasons, and to ensure the comfort of all members, Anytime Pilates operates as a child-free studio. This means infants and children are not permitted in the studio during sessions.

We understand this can make scheduling your workout a little trickier, however our aim is to provide a calm, focused environment where, when you do have that hour, you can fully switch off and enjoy a great session just for you.

No. Each booking is for one person only. You’ll have access to one Reformer, and sessions are designed to be personal and self-led.

If you want to come with a friend just have them book their own reformer at the same time.

You may be sharing the space with a few other members during your session. Each person has their own Reformer, headphones, and class - everyone is doing their own thing, quietly and independently.

Just comfortable clothes, a water bottle, and optionally your own Bluetooth headphones. Sony headphones are provided and ready to go at each Reformer.

No - bookings are essential. You must book your session online to access the studio and receive your unique entry code.

Each booking gives you one hour in the studio. Classes range from 15 to 55 minutes, so there’s flexibility depending on how you’re feeling.

Yes! There are beginner-friendly sessions, as well as specialised classes for pregnancy, postpartum, and rehab.

No - our studio is fully self-led and unstaffed. Everything is managed through our booking system, and access is controlled by a unique code sent to you after booking.

Yes! You can manage your bookings directly through our online booking system. You’ll be able to reschedule or cancel as needed.

Absolutely. We provide high-quality Sony wireless headphones at each Reformer, but you're welcome to connect your own Bluetooth headphones. Just factor in a minute or two to get them connected at the start of your session.

Yes - there is a bathroom available for use during your session. Please arrive ready to move, as there are no full changing room facilities.

Yes. Only members with a valid booking and unique access code can enter the studio. Our space is located right on Whakatāne’s main street, with parking right outside - convenient and safe for all hours of the day.
